Once your membership is confirmed you are added to the chapter list and receive meeting invitations as soon as dates are finalised.
National membership
Chapter membership and ISG membership
Membership of Gastroenterology Club of Indore is administered by the chapter. Membership of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology is administered nationally by ISG and gives access to the national journal, national academic programmes and the annual ISGCON conference.
They are separate applications. The chapter encourages members to hold national ISG membership as well, and the secretariat can advise on the requirement that applies to your category.

DM, DNB and MD postgraduates training in the field are also welcome to take part.
Do I need to be a member of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology first?
National ISG membership and chapter participation are separate. Many chapter members are also ISG members and the chapter encourages it, but you should write to the chapter secretariat to confirm the current requirement for your category before applying.

What does the chapter membership fee cost?
Fees are set by the chapter committee and can change between terms. Please ask the secretariat for the current fee and the accepted method of payment before you apply.
Can postgraduate trainees attend chapter meetings?
Yes. The chapter actively encourages DM, DNB and MD postgraduates to attend, to present cases and to take part in discussion. Trainees should ask the secretariat about the arrangements that apply to them.
Is the chapter open to clinicians outside Indore?
The chapter serves Indore and the wider Malwa region. Clinicians practising elsewhere in Madhya Pradesh are welcome to attend meetings and should also consider the Indian Society of Gastroenterology Madhya Pradesh state chapter.
How will I hear about upcoming meetings?
Meeting dates are circulated to members directly once the date and venue are confirmed, usually a few weeks in advance. Contact the secretariat to be added to the chapter's circulation list.
